The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) announces that Carmen Rd. in Lomax (Henderson County) at the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad Company crossing will be closed to through traffic from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday, July 27th and Thursday, July 29th.
